Background History

Oakville Banquet Halls is managed by the Oakville Columbus Association which is a “Not for Profit” organization.  Our 1494 Wallace Road location is the home of the Knights of Columbus Marian Council 3881 which was originally established in 1954.  Our banquet halls were built in 1966 and 1975 respectively.  We are proud of our service history to the greater Oakville community providing affordable and customer focused banquet hall facilities.  We also provide support with all community and family event planning.

Throughout our history we have specialized in all types of special family events which include; weddings, birthday parties, stag & doe, or family celebrations.  We also cater to many business groups for training sessions or corporate meetings.  Retirement parties, celebration of life receptions, bridge & euchre clubs, seniors clubs, and dance parties are most welcome.

We offer the most affordable banquet halls in Oakville.  We support events throughout the entire Halton Region including Burlington and Milton.  Our Banquet Halls come equipped with microphone, podium and screens for speeches and presentations.  Both halls have separate entrances, sound systems and sound proof walls for entertainment. Free high speed WiFi is available along with parking for over 100 cars.  We are centrally located in Oakville near 3rd Line and Speers (1494 Wallace Road) which is close to the QEW highway, Lakeshore Blvd. and Go Transit (Bronte Go Station).

Our smaller, Marian Hall (holds 50 – 75) is available with a High Definition overhead projector and screen which can be used with your smart phone or computer.  Marian Hall is ideal for family get togethers / private parties, or business meeting presentations.   Our larger Columbus Hall (holds 75 – 200) is ideal for weddings or larger family events.  Our banquet halls are staffed with Smart Serve Certified bartenders who are professional and friendly.  Our halls have clean and newly renovated kitchen facilities, and you are welcome to use your own caterer, or bring in your own food.  Highly recommended caterers are also available for your consideration.
